There are tons of secrets out there for the bodybuilder to make the most out of their workout. However, the majority of the times these so called ‘secrets’ are really just common sense advice that people who enter into this world should already know. Those that are just entering into the world of bodybuilding though, are more than likely going to be surprised at just everything that they have to learn. This secret should be considered the number one rule for bodybuilders, and this is to make the workout routines different each and every time so that your body never gets use to the workout that it is put through.

This may mean that the person introduces more weight into the machines that they use, or they simply find a new way to do an old exercise.
